Garant\u00eda de Temuco decret\u00f3 la <strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva de Benjam\u00edn Alejandro Garc\u00eda Alegr\u00eda<\/strong> y la <strong>internaci\u00f3n provisoria de un menor de edad<\/strong>, imputados por el <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> como autores de los delitos consumados de <strong>secuestro extorsivo con resultado de muerte y microtr\u00e1fico de drogas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia de formalizaci\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda expuso los antecedentes que vinculan a ambos imputados con los graves hechos investigados, los cuales derivaron en la muerte de la v\u00edctima tras ser secuestrada con fines extorsivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Considerando la gravedad de los delitos, la pena asignada en caso de condena y el peligro para la seguridad de la sociedad, el tribunal resolvi\u00f3 imponer la medida cautelar m\u00e1s gravosa en el caso del adulto y la internaci\u00f3n provisoria respecto del adolescente, mientras se desarrolla la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>plazo de investigaci\u00f3n fue fijado en cuatro meses<\/strong>, periodo en el cual el Ministerio P\u00fablico, junto a las polic\u00edas, continuar\u00e1 reuniendo pruebas y antecedentes para esclarecer completamente lo ocurrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
