Il\u00edcitos perpetrados en el fundo El Encino, comuna de Los Sauces, provincia de Malleco, el 10 de junio de 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En fallo un\u00e1nime (causa rol 745-2019), la Segunda Sala del tribunal de alzada \u2013integrada por los ministros Aner Padilla Buzada, Cecilia Subiabre Tapia y el abogado integrante Roberto Contreras Eddinger\u2013 confirm\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n recurrida, dictada por el Juzgado de Garant\u00eda de Pur\u00e9n, el 13 de agosto reci\u00e9n pasado, que no dio lugar al sobreseimiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAtendido el m\u00e9rito de autos, lo expuesto por los intervinientes, compartiendo esta Corte los fundamentos esgrimidos por el tribunal a quo, SE CONFIRMA la resoluci\u00f3n apelada de fecha trece de agosto de dos mil diecinueve que no dio a lugar a decretar el sobreseimiento definitivo respecto del imputado Ignacio Domingo Gallegos Pereira\u201d, concluye el
