independiente Ren\u00e9 Saffirio junto a un grupo de diputados\u00a0y expertos\u00a0constituyeron esta semana un grupo de trabajo para hacer una propuesta a la C\u00e1mara para reformar procesos legislativos, accesibilidad de la ciudadan\u00eda, transparencia y modernizaci\u00f3n integral del Congreso.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEsta iniciativa busca poner al Congreso a la altura de los requerimientos de nuestro siglo XXI, adem\u00e1s de identificar y abordar la crisis de confianza respecto de la instituci\u00f3n parlamentaria y la eficacia de los mecanismos de deliberaci\u00f3n y representaci\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3 Saffirio.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, este grupo diverso y multidisciplinario trabajar\u00e1 en profundidad en la relaci\u00f3n con los ciudadanos, relaci\u00f3n con el Ejecutivo, formas de funcionamiento y estructuras internas.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que el Reglamento de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados data del\u00a0a\u00f1o 1834, habiendo sido siempre
