style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante el Juzgado de Garant\u00eda de Temuco, el fiscal de Rancagua Sergio Moya Domke ejerci\u00f3 hoy su derecho a prestar declaraci\u00f3n judicial, comparecencia en la cual el persecutor suspendido de sus funciones neg\u00f3 haber advertido sobre la realizaci\u00f3n de un allanamiento \u2013a principios del 2018- que realiz\u00f3 la PDI a la extinta unidad de inteligencia operativa especializada (UIOE) de Carabineros de La Araucan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la audiencia, la magistrada Luz M\u00f3nica Arancibia Mena tras la declaraci\u00f3n en que el fiscal Moya rest\u00f3 cr\u00e9dito a las imputaciones del exjefe de la secci\u00f3n de an\u00e1lisis de la extinta Unidad de Inteligencia Operativa Especializada (UIOE) de Carabineros de Temuco, Leonardo Osses, expres\u00f3 que se enter\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de la prensa sobre la detenci\u00f3n y posteriores diligencias vinculadas a los hechos que fundamentaron la formalizaci\u00f3n de los 8 comuneros mapuches imputados inicialmente en la fallida \u201cOperaci\u00f3n Hurac\u00e1n\u201d y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que todos los borradores, informes de liberaci\u00f3n y oficios manados de Carabineros que tuvo a la vista en dicha causa, los dio por leg\u00edtimos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, el tribunal acogi\u00f3 la solicitud del Ministerio P\u00fablico con adhesi\u00f3n de los querellantes y fij\u00f3 para las 8.30 horas del pr\u00f3ximo viernes 16 de agosto, la audiencia de formalizaci\u00f3n y reformalizaci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n de las aristas \u201cIquique\u201d, \u201cAndes\u201d y \u201cSan Jos\u00e9 de la Mariquina\u201d, del capit\u00e1n de carabineros dado de baja Cristi\u00e1n Andr\u00e9s P\u00e9rez
