La autoridad llam\u00f3 a aplicar todo el rigor de la Ley ante el actuar de los involucrados en los hechos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLamento profundamente que un caso as\u00ed, destaque de forma negativa a La Araucan\u00eda. De una vez por todas las personas tienen que entender que ahora hay una Ley que protege a los animales y debemos hacernos responsables de la tenencia de nuestras mascotas, as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n nuestro deber de denunciar cualquier tipo de maltrato animal\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3 la vocera de Gobierno P\u00eda Bersezio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La autoridad agreg\u00f3 que \u201cla Ley de Tenencia Responsable de Mascotas y Animales de Compa\u00f1\u00eda, conocida tambi\u00e9n como &#8220;Ley Cholito&#8221;, establece claramente una serie de obligaciones que una persona contrae cuando decide aceptar y mantener una mascota o animal de compa\u00f1\u00eda. Ac\u00e1 no cumpli\u00f3 con el deber de resguardar la integridad de un animal, por ello quienes est\u00e9n implicados en lo sucedido tendr\u00e1n que hacerse cargo de su actuar y responder a lo que la justicia determine\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La denuncia se acogi\u00f3 en la Fiscal\u00eda de Nueva Imperial y se espera que se agoten todas las diligencias para que los involucrados enfrenten cuanto antes a la justicia por tan repudiable maltrato.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none;
