Il\u00edcito perpetrado&nbsp;entre 2017 y 2019, en la comuna de Cunco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia de formalizaci\u00f3n, la magistrada Viviana Garc\u00eda Utreras &nbsp;orden\u00f3 el ingreso de C.A.J.M. al Centro de Cumplimiento Penitenciario de Temuco, por considerar que la libertad del imputado constituye un peligro para la seguridad de la sociedad y de la v\u00edctima.
