decisi\u00f3n de la Corte de Apelaciones de Temuco de darle beneficios carcelarios a una persona que fue condenada por el asesinato del matrimonio Luchsinger-Mackay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No hay que olvidar que esta persona estuvo pr\u00f3fuga de la justicia, entonces, siento que aqu\u00ed hay algunas otras presiones que terminan influyendo en este tipo de decisiones del tribunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay que revisar la ley para que este tipo de situaciones no siga ocurriendo, o para que tengan condenas mucho mayores para quienes perpetran este tipo de homicidios y adem\u00e1s para que no tengan beneficios
