style=\"text-align: justify;\">En una in\u00e9dita audiencia, la Corte Suprema analiz\u00f3 el cumplimiento de la sentencia de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos en el caso conocido como Nor\u00edn Catrim\u00e1n y otros, en la cual el tribunal internacional conden\u00f3 al Estado de Chile por violaci\u00f3n a los derechos humanos de un grupo de loncos mapuches.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pleno del m\u00e1ximo tribunal fue convocado especialmente para escuchar a las partes respecto de la forma de cumplimiento del fallo que orden\u00f3 dejar sin efecto, en todos sus extremos, las sentencias penales condenatorias emitidas en contra de Segundo Aniceto Nor\u00edn Catrim\u00e1n, Pascual Huentequeo Pich\u00fan Paillalao, V\u00edctor Manuel Ancalaf Llaupe, Florencio Jaime Marileo Saravia, Juan Patricio Marileo Saravia, Jos\u00e9 Huenchunao Mari\u00f1\u00e1n, Juan Ciriaco Millacheo Lic\u00e1n y Patricia Troncoso Robles, en las que fueron condenados por delitos de car\u00e1cter terrorista.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la audiencia, el pleno escuch\u00f3 las exposiciones de los abogados representantes de las v\u00edctimas reconocidas por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, de la Defensor\u00eda Penal P\u00fablica, del Ministerio P\u00fablico y de los querellantes en las causas contra los comuneros, el Ministerio del Interior y la empresa Forestal Mininco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez finalizadas las exposiciones de todos los intervinientes en el proceso, el presidente de la Corte Suprema, Haroldo Brito Cruz, inform\u00f3 que en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas las partes ser\u00e1n informadas del veredicto en la causa, y que 20 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de dicha comunicaci\u00f3n, se dar\u00e1 a conocer la
