la Brigada Investigadora de Delitos Sexuales (Brisex) Temuco, durante la ma\u00f1ana de ayer \u2013mi\u00e9rcoles 23 de junio- detuvieron a un hombre que fue condenado por el Tribunal Oral en lo Penal de Temuco por el delito de abuso sexual de menor de 14 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El subprefecto Rodrigo Opazo, jefe de la Brisex Temuco se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u201cdicha detenci\u00f3n se origina producto de una investigaci\u00f3n previa desarrollada a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s por esta brigada especializada en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Ministerio P\u00fablico que dec\u00edan relaci\u00f3n con los abusos que habr\u00eda perpetrado el sujeto en contra de una v\u00edctima, en aquel entonces de 11 a\u00f1os de edad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos hechos fueron investigados y los antecedentes y las evidencias recogidas, fueron puestas en conocimiento del Ministerio P\u00fablico, ente persecutor que llev\u00f3 a juicio oral la causa y este sujeto fue condenado a 3 a\u00f1os y un d\u00eda de presidio\u201d agreg\u00f3 el jefe de la Brisex Temuco.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El detenido \u2013quien ya contaba con antecedentes policiales previos- fue ubicado por los detectives y entregado al Centro de Cumplimiento Penitenciario de Temuco, donde deber\u00e1 hacer efectiva la condena.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"pvc_clear\"><\/div>\n<p
