a Conaf iniciar proceso de fiscalizaci\u00f3n ante infracci\u00f3n a la ley de bosque nativo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejero Regional Daniel Sandoval (FREVS) solicit\u00f3 a Conaf un proceso de fiscalizaci\u00f3n ante la tala ilegal de bosque nativo en el sector la Colonia de la comuna de Loncoche, donde se busca generar venta de parcelas o loteos irregulares en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Core por Temuco y Padre Las Casas precis\u00f3 que \u201cse han da\u00f1ado especies como arrayan, boldo, lingue, ulmo, entre otros, con una agresiva intervenci\u00f3n por lo que llamamos a paralizar estas faenas y exigir la restauraci\u00f3n respectiva, donde particulares buscan generar buenos negocios y parcelaciones con fines comerciales a costa de la depredaci\u00f3n ambiental del bosque nativo, incluso con faenas sin permisos sectoriales para ejecutar estas divisiones\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daniel Sandoval de la Federaci\u00f3n Regionalista Verde coment\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que \u201crequerimos asegurar la sustentabilidad forestal y la pol\u00edtica ambiental, donde vemos como los Estados y la comunidad internacional inyecta recursos para restauraci\u00f3n y reforestaci\u00f3n, sin embargo, algunos privados contin\u00faan violando la ley 20.283, afectando los cursos de agua y el bosque nativo en nuestra regi\u00f3n, sin contar con los permisos como el plan de manejo visado por Conaf, por lo que esperamos que sean cursadas las multas y reparado este da\u00f1o ambiental\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, inform\u00f3 el Core, que solicitar\u00e1 al SAG un informe detallado de las subdivisiones que se han aprobado para parcelaciones en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en terrenos con bosque nativo en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
