style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0Juzgado Civil de Temuco conden\u00f3 a la empresa Aguas Araucan\u00eda por cobros indebidos y excesivos\u00a0bajo el concepto de tratamiento de aguas servidas en la capital regional y en Padre Las Casas, confirm\u00f3 este lunes Sernac.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Servicio Nacional del Consumidor present\u00f3, en 2011, una demanda colectiva a trav\u00e9s de la Uni\u00f3n Comunal de Junta de Vecinos Urbanas de Temuco que que logr\u00f3 reunir a los afectados desde el 2009.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Richard Caama\u00f1o, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Consumidores del Sur, dijo que,\u00a0&#8220;las pruebas son contundentes, es muy dificil que este fallo sea revertido&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El director regional del Sernac,\u00a0Arturo Araya, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que,&#8221;es una buena noticia y demuestra que los consumidores tenemos derecho a recibir servicios de calidad&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El gerente regional de Aguas Araucan\u00eda,\u00a0Jos\u00e9 Torga, afirm\u00f3 que estos\u00a0&#8220;son eventos puntuales que afectaron a un 0,1 por ciento del agua tratada y no nos parece que se hable de cobros indebidos&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este es un fallo de primera instancia, por lo que Aguas Araucan\u00eda
