text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #333333;\">El Tribunal de Juicio Oral en lo Penal de Temuco dict\u00f3 veredicto absolutorio en favor de\u00a0Miguel \u00c1ngel Obreque N\u00fa\u00f1ez,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>sindicado<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>por el Ministerio P\u00fablico como autor del delito de abuso sexual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #333333;\">En forma un\u00e1nime,\u00a0el tribunal \u2013integrado por los magistrados Patricia Abollado (presidenta), Adriana Knopel Jaramillo y Luis Sarmiento Luarte (redactor)\u2013 decret\u00f3 la absoluci\u00f3n de\u00a0Obreque N\u00fa\u00f1ez, tras establecer que el ente persecutor no logr\u00f3 vincular al\u00a0acusado con el delito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #333333;\">\u201cEste TRIBUNAL, sopesando las probanzas rendidas en el curso de la audiencia, y previa deliberaci\u00f3n, ha decidido por unanimidad,\u00a0<strong>absolver\u00a0<\/strong>al acusado\u00a0<strong>MIGUEL ANGEL OBREQUE N\u00da\u00d1EZ,\u00a0<\/strong>de la acusaci\u00f3n que le imputaba autor\u00eda en el delito de ABUSO SEXUAL del art\u00edculo 366 bis del C\u00f3digo Penal, y del il\u00edcito contemplado en el art\u00edculo 366 quater inciso primero, del mismo cuerpo legal, a quien se signaba como v\u00edctima la menor iniciales C.C.J.V.N. al no establecerse conforme al art\u00edculo 340, tambi\u00e9n del citado cuerpo legal, dentro del contencioso en t\u00e9rminos circunstanciados con la prueba de cargo y m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de toda duda razonable, conforme lo exige la ley, la relaci\u00f3n f\u00e1ctica que se\u00f1alaba el requerimiento acusatorio\u201d,\u00a0sostiene el acta de deliberaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
