font-family:Arial,sans-serif; font-size:14px; font-style:normal; font-weight:normal; line-height:17px; text-decoration:none;\" target=\"_blank\">Una publicaci\u00f3n compartida de Temuco Televisi\u00f3n (@temucotv_)<\/a><\/p><\/div><\/blockquote> <script async=\"\" src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script>\n\n\n\n<p>En Talcahuano fue detenido un comunero de la comunidad Temucuicui, en virtud a una orden de detenci\u00f3n por los delitos de infracci\u00f3n a la ley de armas, disparos injustificados y homicidio frustrado a Carabineros, hechos ocurridos en la ruta 5 Sur, a la altura de Ercilla, el d\u00eda s\u00e1bado -14 de noviembre- en la marcha de conmemoraci\u00f3n de la muerte del comunero Camilo Catrillanca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras una investigaci\u00f3n llevada a cabo por detectives de la Brianco Angol en conjunto con la Fiscal\u00eda de Alta Complejidad de Collipulli, luego de exhaustivas  diligencias y an\u00e1lisis de diversas c\u00e1maras de seguridad como de drones, establecieron la participaci\u00f3n de esta persona en los hechos de enfrentamientos ocurridos el pasado s\u00e1bado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El intendente de la regi\u00f3n de La Araucan\u00eda, don V\u00edctor Manoli se\u00f1al\u00f3 \u201cla detenci\u00f3n de este sujeto por los hechos ocurridos el d\u00eda s\u00e1bado, demuestra que no hay impunidad ante delitos de alta connotaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica. No podemos naturalizar la violencia en ning\u00fan sentido.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa Polic\u00eda de Investigaciones sigue trabajando para capturar a las dem\u00e1s personas que cometieron estos graves y violentos hechos, hab\u00edan m\u00e1s de 20 sujetos cometiendo estos delitos y como gobierno no nos quedaremos tranquilos hasta que todos ellos sean encontrados, detenidos y dispuestos ante la justicia\u201d, finaliz\u00f3 Manoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El jefe de la Prefectura Provincial de Malleco, prefecto Juan Carlos Moreno manifest\u00f3 que \u201coportunidad donde se conmemoraba el segundo aniversario del fallecimiento de Camilo Catrillanca, este sujeto encapuchado, junto a otros m\u00e1s atacaron este cuartel policial (subcomisaria de Carabineros de Ercilla), siendo herido a bala y traslad\u00e1ndose a la comuna de Talcahuano, lugar en el cual, en el centro asistencial se\u00f1al\u00f3 haber sido objeto de un asalto para poder evitar el proceder policial\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que el imputado adem\u00e1s ser\u00e1 formalizado por el delito de tr\u00e1fico de drogas, por una investigaci\u00f3n llevada por la Brianco Angol desde hace unos meses a la fecha, donde se establece la participaci\u00f3n directa de este sujeto con la venta de cinco kilos de cannabis sativa a una agrupaci\u00f3n criminal que operaba en la ciudad de Temuco, procedimiento en el cual se incaut\u00f3 adem\u00e1s de la droga, 11 millones de pesos en efectivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por instrucci\u00f3n del fiscal Enrique V\u00e1squez, el sujeto fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Juzgado de Garant\u00eda de Collipulli el d\u00eda de hoy -17 de noviembre- para el respectivo control de detenci\u00f3n y formalizaci\u00f3n, audiencia que se encuentra en
