Il\u00edcito perpetrado el s\u00e1bado reci\u00e9n pasado, en la ciudad.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia de formalizaci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n,\u00a0realizada por videoconferencia,\u00a0la magistrada Luz M\u00f3nica Arancibia Mena orden\u00f3 el ingreso de\u00a0<strong>N.I.A.S<\/strong>., \u00a0al Centro de Detenci\u00f3n Preventiva\u00a0de Temuco, \u00a0por considerar que la libertad del imputado constituye un peligro para la seguridad de la sociedad.\u00a0Adem\u00e1s, fij\u00f3 en 120 d\u00edas el plazo de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la causa, el tribunal acogi\u00f3 la solicitud de la fiscal\u00eda y decret\u00f3 el&nbsp;arresto domiciliario total y la sujeci\u00f3n a la vigilancia del Sename&nbsp;de la coimputada&nbsp;adolescente&nbsp;<strong>A.L.G.S.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el ente persecutor, aproximadamente entre las seis y siete horas del s\u00e1bado 10 de octubre de 2020, los imputados&nbsp;<strong>N.I.A.S.<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>A.L.G.S.<\/strong>&nbsp;regresaron al domicilio que compart\u00edan con la v\u00edctima J.G.S., de 19 a\u00f1os y hermano mayor de la adolescente, ubicado en calle R\u00edo Danubio, Villa Turingia de la comuna de Temuco.
