Il\u00edcito perpetrado el mi\u00e9rcoles 3 de junio reci\u00e9n pasado, en la comuna de Padre Las Casas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia de formalizaci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n, el magistrado Federico Guti\u00e9rrez Salazar decret\u00f3 el arraigo nacional de Paillam\u00e1n Rucalaf, medida solicitada por el Ministerio P\u00fablico en base al informe de la autopsia realizada por el Servicio M\u00e9dico Legal, que arroj\u00f3 que el deceso de la v\u00edctima, Sergio Trangolaf Llaupi, se produjo por hipotermia accidental y no a consecuencia de la herida cortante que le propin\u00f3 el imputado. Adem\u00e1s, fij\u00f3 en 45 d\u00edas el plazo de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el ente persecutor, aproximadamente a las 14&nbsp; horas del mi\u00e9rcoles 3 de junio de 2020, el imputado y v\u00edctima, se encontraban ingiriendo bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas en el sector Calbuco, localidad de Ni\u00e1gara de la comuna de Padre Las Casas.
